- ~3 bulbs garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- seasoning to taste (salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, etc.)
